• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential client records and treatment notes.
• Encourage clients to express themselves to aid insight and relationships.
• Gather information via interviews, observations, or tests.
• Assist clients in overcoming dependencies and adjusting to life changes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prepare accurate progress notes in a timely manner.
• Evaluate client condition based on information provided.
• Refer clients to community resources as needed.
• Advocate for clients in crisis situations as required.
• Modify treatment as client status changes.
• Support family systems to understand client behavior.
• Monitor medication use if applicable.
• Plan activities and programs for clients' work, study, recreation, or social life.
• Stay updated on advances in Qualified Mental Health Professional practice via trainings.
