Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Control Laboratory Technician role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 2 years of quality auditing experience.
• Strong background in food quality control, food safety programs, and statistical analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory & Product Testing: perform standard laboratory testing (Brix, pH, acid content, weight, volume) and organoleptic evaluations.
• Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: enforce BRC, HACCP, GMPs and cross-contamination prevention; audit lines for GMPs.
• Operations & Communication: prepare for production line changes; communicate delays or issues; train new technicians; support QA leads.
