Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish required (speaking, writing, reading).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
• Good verbal and written communication; basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work weekends and stand for long periods in cold conditions (<45°F).

Aufgaben

• Verify product quality meets minimum requirements (weight, temp, appearance, labels).
• Monitor manufacturing and storage conditions.
• Accurately complete daily reports.
• Document monitoring procedures and corrective actions for HACCP/Quality Plans.
• Collaborate with Operations and USDA and enforce GMPs and sanitation SOPs.
• Hold raw materials or finished products when needed.
• Other duties assigned by QA Manager.
