Job summary

Insight Carolinas PLLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Psychometrist to support in-person cognitive assessments. The role requires 2-3 days/week in the office, with possible occasional travel to Concord; scheduling is set at least one month in advance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (psychology preferred), is bilingual (English-Spanish), and has comfort with WAIS/WISC or similar tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Psychology preferred.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred to assist Spanish-speaking population and testing days.
• Experience in a similar position preferred; training available for the right candidate.
• Wechsler tests (WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WASI-2) and/or KBIT-2R, EVT-3, PPVT-5, WRAT-5 experience is helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Psychometry: administer standardized cognitive measures and academic screeners in person 2–3 days/week.
• Greet clients/families, score and upload measures, report behavioral observations to the psychologist, and restock supplies.
• Collaborate with hybrid/remote teams and maintain clear communication.
