Job summary

Sea Mar seeks a Psychiatric Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient psychiatric care within Behavioral Health sites and medical clinics. You will evaluate patients, review medications, and collaborate with a care team to coordinate treatment.

The role requires WA ARNP licensure with 5+ years of psychiatric experience and bilingual Spanish/English skills. Expect a rigorous, team-centered environment with emphasis on culturally competent care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a WA RN and ARNP with at least five years providing psychiatric care.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required to serve diverse patients.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face psychiatric evaluations to determine diagnoses.
• Perform ongoing medication reviews and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health and medical staff on diagnoses and treatment.
• Provide phone coverage for emergencies and medication refills.
• Document evaluations, medication reviews, and client contacts in charts.
