Job summary

A nonprofit food assistance organization in Berkeley, CA is looking for a full-time Program Coordinator to oversee home delivery and pantry distribution. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or community engagement.
• Bi- or multi-lingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, or similar languages.
• Valid California driver's license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support 9th Street Pantry operations and coordinate volunteers.
• Coordinate scheduling of Home Delivery recipients and create delivery routes.
• Support CalFresh Enrollment and Outreach efforts.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
