As a Bilingual Production Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring that your team meets performance targets in safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to meet daily output and quality goals
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards
• Monitor production processes and make real-time adjustments to optimize workflow and efficiency
• Train and support team members, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning
• Report any equipment issues or production delays to management and collaborate with maintenance as needed
• Ensure accurate completion of shift reports, production logs, and performance metrics
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with other supervisors, managers, and support departments to ensure smooth operations across shifts

About You

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or production environment (cabinetry or furniture a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and direct a team
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure
• Comfortable using production software and Microsoft Office tools
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree preferred
