Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading hourly production employees and managing daily operations.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control, and workplace safety.
• Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing activities to meet schedules, quality standards, and goals.
• Oversee production, warehouse, and related processes; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor output, equipment performance, and workflow; minimize downtime.
• Develop and enforce SOPs to improve consistency and safety.
• Coach and develop hourly staff; conduct shift handovers and training.
