Job summary

Corsicana Mattress Company seeks a Production Assistant to support the Plant Manager with daily administrative tasks, payroll-related duties, HR activities, and communications with corporate teams and customers.

You will assist with inventory, ordering supplies, scheduling, delivery calls, PODs, safety training, data entry, and onboarding, while ensuring accurate records and timely information flow between production staff and Paycom.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in HR, admin, or production support.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; English proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Manager with daily duties (reporting, documentation, payroll activities).
• Process HR tasks, pre-employment testing, onboarding, and payroll support.
• Coordinate with customers on deliveries, PODs, and communications with corporate teams.
