Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production control or related manufacturing field.

Responsibilities

• Preside over production of goods and ensure on-time creation.
• Set and meet production goals.
• Hire, train, supervise workers.
• Troubleshoot production line issues and machine disrepair.
• Adjust production levels and staffing to minimize inventory.
• Monitor product standards and quality.
• Coordinate with departments and manage supplier communications.
