Job summary

TMD Staffing is hiring a Production Coordinator on the northwest side of Houston (77040) to coordinate daily production activities and support the Production Supervisor. You will ensure work orders, charts, and instructions are ready at each workstation and provide floor leadership to keep priorities and standards on track.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English/Spanish, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced environment, solid data-entry skills, and hands-on problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fast-paced production/manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• Proficient with basic computer data entry and math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities on the assigned shift.
• Distribute production charts, work instructions, and documentation to workstations.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and on-time completion of work orders.
• Provide floor direction and support to production team members.
• Assist in assigning and positioning employees based on requirements.
