Nutrition 101 LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Processing Shift Supervisor Trainee (Bilingual English/Spanish) to oversee the production shift. The role requires hands-on leadership on the plant floor, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while coaching staff and coordinating daily activities.

Responsibilities include supervising the shift, training crew, reviewing schedules, and troubleshooting issues to maintain throughput. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial operations experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in non-climate-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and organize the entire shift; step in for roles as needed.
• Review load scheduling and understand priorities.
• Process loads completely and efficiently.
• Operate equipment and identify maintenance needs.
• Train crew on latest procedures and ensure compliance.
• Complete daily supervisor and cleaning checklists.
• Communicate with team and leadership; manage staffing and attendance.
• Promote safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support maintenance when needed.
