Job summary

Canadian Solar Solutions Inc. in Texas is seeking a bilingual Process Engineer (English/Mandarin) to support mass production and new product introduction for photovoltaic module assembly.

You will drive process capability improvements, optimize product quality, and lead cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing solutions. Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent).
• 1–3 years experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer in high-volume settings.
• Experience with PLC, machine automation and controls preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or CI tools.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, ETL, and Python.
• Ability to read blueprints (mechanical/electrical).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
• Oversee process layout, equipment integration and capacity planning.
• Improve productivity, quality and cost through process optimization.
• Create and maintain work instructions and training.
• Lead PFMEA/Control Plan activities.
• Support supplier qualification and material testing.
• Prepare ECNs related to manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and ISO 9001.
• Adhere to safety and environmental policies.
