Centro de la Familia is seeking a Preschool Teacher Extraordinaire to join our team in Parachute, CO. The role involves implementing an early childhood program under the Education Specialist, focusing on developmentally appropriate practice and family engagement.

You will foster inclusive classrooms, support dual-language learners, and collaborate with families to ensure active participation in their child’s progress, while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Early childhood education is preferred (2 years).
• Education: AAS in Early Childhood Education or AA in related fields required.
• Skills: CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler's permit within six months of employment.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and excited to learn.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Head Start standards.
