Job summary

All For Kids in Los Angeles is seeking an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to support Magnolia Place’s early childhood program. You will design and implement age-appropriate curriculum, foster cognitive and social growth, and ensure children's safety and welfare.

Qualifications

• AA Degree in Child Development Studies or pursuing a BA in Child Development/related field with Teacher Permit.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
• Experience with preschool curricula (DRDP, ECERS) and family communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the preschool curriculum and philosophy.
• Use the DRDP/ECERS framework to support readiness and development.
• Create a engaging, safe classroom environment with diverse learning resources.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff and participate in trainings and meetings.
