Job summary

Kido International Preschool in Houston, Texas, is seeking a passionate Assistant Director to join our team. In this role, you will support teachers with training and mentorship while ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. The Assistant Director will also oversee curriculum and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Ability to effectively support teachers through training and mentorship.
• Understanding of health/safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure learning spaces are organized and inviting.
• Sales and marketing support for the preschool.
• Oversight of curriculum and compliance with standards.

Skills

Fluent in both Spanish and English

Experience in a licensed child care facility
