Minimum pay is $17 per hour

Work schedule: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-6pm

This role will:

1. Process debit and credit transactions accurately, adhering to policies and maintaining balanced records.
2. Identify and address client needs through services like opening accounts, issuing checks, account maintenance, ATM card issuance/activation, money transfers, check ordering, and loan payments.
3. Resolve client issues directly or by referring to appropriate bank resources.
4. Explore cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent, with experience in cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related fields.
3. Basic math, cashiering, balancing, and banking knowledge.
4. Strong balancing and customer service skills.
5. Ability to cross-sell banking products based on client needs.
