Job summary

Embrace Pathways LLC is seeking a qualified mental health professional to provide individual and family therapy in a pediatric/family services setting in Malden, MA. The role requires bilingual Portuguese speaking and a degree in human services.

You will deliver therapeutic modalities under supervision and ensure timely documentation and compliance. The position supports clinicians' treatment plans, participates in team meetings, and collaborates with the treatment team to promote culturally

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate degree in Human Services per credentialing criteria.
• Paraprofessional staff must meet regulations for the service delivered.
• Delivery of full range of therapeutic modalities and diagnostics.
• Preferred: 1 year experience with families or youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy under supervision.
• Support clinician treatment plan to achieve goals.
• Send ACORN questionnaires.
• Accurate, timely documentation of client participation and logs.
• Attend team meetings and weekly supervision.
• Supervisions/meetings via Google Meet or in person.
• Collaborate with the treatment team.
• Participate in quality improvement projects.
• Ensure high-quality, culturally competent care.
