Job summary

Braverhood is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one support in the home and community. Earn $18–$20 per hour with flexible schedules and paid training. Responsibilities include helping individuals achieve personal goals, encouraging communication and independence, documenting progress, and following agency requirements. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with children or young adults preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle REQUIRED.
• U.S. Citizen or valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in the home and community.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals.
• Encourage communication, socialization, and independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
