Vida Integrated Health - Everett seeks a Spanish-speaking Physical Therapist Aide to support PTs in our Everett clinic. This entry-level role provides hands-on patient care, treatment preparation, and close collaboration with a skilled team.

You’ll guide patients through exercises, monitor progress, and help manage patient flow and scheduling. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential, and you’ll contribute to a compassionate, efficient clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, providing direct support to patients.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and compassionate patient interactions.
• Proven track record of working effectively in a team‑oriented environment, contributing to a positive clinic atmosphere.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient treatment area.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement treatment plans as directed by Physical Therapists.
• Comfortable guiding patients through exercises and therapeutic activities, offering encouragement and support.
• Experience in managing patient flow and scheduling appointments to facilitate smooth clinic operations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans, ensuring each patient receives personalized care.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.
• Guide patients through exercises and therapeutic activities, offering encouragement and support.
• Monitor and document patient progress, communicating updates to the Physical Therapy team.
• Facilitate smooth clinic operations by managing patient flow and scheduling appointments.
• Provide bilingual support, enhancing communication and understanding for Spanish-speaking patients.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, empowering them to continue their recovery journey independently.
