Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) or multilingual preferred to assist members.
• Active pharmacy technician license and national certification required.
• HS diploma or equivalent and pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and data-enter moderately complex prescriptions.
• Handle prior authorization processing and adjudication issues.
• Educate members on prescription benefits and rules.
• Maintain records for prior authorizations and monthly reports.
