Qualifications

• Pharm Tech license in the state of residence (excluding Oklahoma) is required.
• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 1+ years of call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound adherence calls to improve Medicare Advantage STAR measure scores.
• Manage 90-100 outbound/inbound calls daily using an auto dialer.
• Work Monday to Friday from 11am to 8pm in the candidate's local time.
