Qualifications

• PTCB certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and data-enters moderately complex prescriptions.
• Processes prior authorization requests and handles adjudication issues.
• Verifies member information and educates on rules and benefits.
• Resolves grievances and appeals; responds to physician, sales and member inquiries.
• Generates reports on rebates, utilization and Beers Criteria; maintains records.
