Job summary
Hawthorne Health, Inc. is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join Bienestar Pharmacy in Lindenwold, New Jersey. The role focuses on prescription processing, patient education, and friendly service in a community pharmacy, on-site presence required.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have pharmacy experience, and be comfortable using pharmacy software and insurance systems; NJ Technician Registration preferred.

- Previous pharmacy experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable using pharmacy software and insurance systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- NJ Pharmacy Technician Registration preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and workflow
- Support patient education and reinforce medication instructions
- Serve walk-in patients seeking guidance for minor health concerns
- Help triage patient needs and prepare them for pharmacist consultation
- Assist with OTC product selection under pharmacist direction
- Process insurance claims and resolve coverage issues
- Provide excellent customer service in English & Spanish
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
