Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-patient, out-patient, and neighborhood clinic services focusing on functional skills.
• Screen, assess, evaluate, treat and provide home programming for pediatric speech disorders.
• Educate patients and caregivers; document per department policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals within Cook Children's Health Care System.
