Job summary

Nemours Children’s Health is seeking a bilingual Advanced Practice Provider (PNP or PA) to join our pediatric primary care team at the St. Francis location in Wilmington, Delaware.

This on-site role emphasizes family-centered, preventive care for infants, children and adolescents. The successful candidate will collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality care, manage routine wellness visits and vaccinations, and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families in a

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted Delaware or compact state RN and APRN licensure, Delaware prescriptive authority (CSR), Delaware DEA with a Delaware address, and a BLS from the American Heart Association.
• PA-C- Active unrestricted Delaware Physician Assistant license or compact state, National Certification from the NCCPA; DE Prescriptive Authority; DE Federal DEA; BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Three years of related clinical experience required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services for infants, children and adolescents in collaboration with the physician and care team.
• Support preventive care, routine wellness visits, immunizations, acute care needs and chronic condition management.
• Deliver culturally responsive care and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Partner with families to promote whole-child wellness, healthy development and ongoing preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other care team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
