Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a bilingual Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or PNP) to join our pediatric primary care team at the St. Francis location in Wilmington, Delaware. You will provide comprehensive pediatric primary care in collaboration with the physician and care team for infants, children and adolescents.

The role requires active unrestricted Delaware licensure for RN/APRN, prescriptive authority, Delaware DEA, and BLS. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted Delaware or compact state RN and APRN licensure.
• Delaware prescriptive authority and Delaware DEA.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Three years of related clinical experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in pediatric primary care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care with physician collaboration.
• Support preventive care, wellness visits, immunizations, acute care, and chronic condition management.
• Deliver culturally responsive care to Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Partner with families to promote healthy development and preventive care.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
