What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the single point of contact for patients, Drug Access Navigators (DANs), and prescribing physicians in oncology programs
- Conduct welcome calls to gather relevant patient information and facilitate program enrollment
- Provide information about program offerings, including case management, reimbursement support, and self-injection training
- Advocate for patients by exploring funding options for medications and managing financial assistance documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient concerns and ensure effective service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College Diploma or University degree is required
- 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in patient-facing roles
- Experience with public and private drug reimbursement plans
- 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre setting
- Bilingualism (French & English) is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of oncology or hematology reimbursement work experience
- Strong computer skills, particularly in a Windows environment using MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information and data
