Formación

• High school graduate or GED.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English required; able to translate/read/write and pass a Spanish exam.
• One year experience in a clinical office setting or recent equivalent training preferred.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with customers and co-workers.
• Cross-train in all Business Office functions within a year of employment.
• Type 35 wpm.
• Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
• Valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle.
• Some knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient admission and reception functions.
• Back-up to Medical Records Clerk, Clinic Clerk, and telephone operator.
• Work as a team with related office roles.
• Operate a personal computer and office software as part of daily tasks.
