O’Reilly Auto Parts in Dillon, MT seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers and to support store management with daily tasks.

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, handle cash, returns, and phone inquiries, perform stock and planogram updates, and help with in-store services and light vehicle care as trained. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask with customers in-store and on the phone.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, and sales or service.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists with tasks.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and image maker duties.
• Perform in-store services and light vehicle checks as trained.
• Drive occasionally for deliveries when needed.
