Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll supervise, train, and develop staff, monitor metrics, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team and driving sales targets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Strong inventory, cash handling, and loss-prevention knowledge.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff under the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and high performance.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and employees for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain excellent customer service.
• Drive sales targets through parts sales and inventory optimization; ensure timely returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards; promote risk management practices.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Address customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding company policies.
