Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate company vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and process COD transactions in a safe, efficient manner. You may also handle customer returns, complete driver slips, and assist with merchandising and cashier duties as needed.

Strong interpersonal communication and a valid driver's license are required; multilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly valued to support a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and strong interpersonal communication.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Possession of a legally required state driver’s license and meeting driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries using fleet handheld devices, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies; pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Provide customer service, stock merchandising tasks, and assist customers as needed.
