O'Reilly Auto Parts in Milwaukee is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers safely and efficiently. This role also handles COD deliveries, picks up customer returns, and maintains vehicle readiness and security.

Ideal candidates are bilingual and can adapt quickly to varying delivery situations, with a clean driving record and a valid driver's license. You may assist customers and support merchandising as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards (14/18-point).
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Process deliveries using handheld devices; capture signatures and update mileage.
• Maintain and secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices and collected monies.
• Handle customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Report maintenance needs and accidents to management.
• Clock in/out per policy and perform general stocking and cash handling as needed.
• Assist customers as needed; may cashier or help merchandising.
