O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers in a safe, efficient manner. The role includes COD collections, customer returns, and potential cashiering or merchandising tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and perform daily inspections prior to operating.
• Secure monies collected, keys, fuel cards and devices at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out return slips.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage to store management immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and secure the vehicle at end of day.
• Clock in/out per company policy and perform other duties such as cashiering or merchandising as needed.
