Carnegie Learning is seeking a Part-Time bilingual Professional Learning Specialist to support K-12 educators with Carnegie Learning resources. The role emphasizes facilitating workshops, coaching cycles, and content development across partner schools and districts.

Ideal candidates are former teachers or instructional leaders with 3+ years of teaching experience, a Bachelor's in Education, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education.
• 3+ years teaching experience in relevant field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in an academic setting.
• Flexible schedule and availability during the summer and/or school year.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or managing teachers and/or delivering professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging professional learning workshops; including initial implementation workshops, virtual workshops, and state/regional/national conference presentations.
• Deliver intentional job-embedded professional learning; including formal coaching cycles, demonstration lesson cycles, co-teaching, lesson planning, PLC facilitation, etc.
• Design and deliver custom professional learning workshops according to the needs of individual PL partners as demand dictates.
• Support content development and pre/post sales activities; create correlations, curriculum, rubrics and other documents; provide Tutoring Services as desired.
