Job summary

Green Key Resources in the Baltimore area seeks an experienced paralegal for its Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury practice. You will manage matters from intake to settlement and hearings, coordinating with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and courts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of paralegal experience, strong case management skills, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and familiarity with Filevine and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, or Litigation.
• Strong understanding of Workers’ Compensation claims and case processes.
• Experience managing cases from intake through resolution.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Filevine or similar case management software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury matters from intake through settlement, hearings, and/or trial preparation.
• Gather and organize medical records, evidence, and other case-related documentation.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, discovery, and hearing or trial materials.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, and court personnel.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare correspondence and other legal documents as needed.
• Provide administrative and case management support to attorneys throughout the life of each matter.
