Job summary

Lecangs Logistics seeks a Paralegal fluent in English and Mandarin to support U.S. legal, compliance, employment, and commercial matters.

This role liaises with executive management, HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and outside counsel, coordinating with Mandarin-speaking executives and overseas teams on regulatory and contract issues. Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required; 5–7 years of corporate legal or paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, employment-law matters, and governance.
• Ability to independently manage documentation, research, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, organize, and negotiate commercial agreements and NDAs.
• Support legal research, contract administration, and compliance matters.
• Partner with HR on employment-related legal matters and policies.
• Research applicable federal, state, and local laws affecting CA operations.
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking executives and overseas teams.
