Qualifications

Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Preferred: High School diploma or GED; 1+ year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service; paint-related product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Maintain precise work order files and stocking procedures.
Assist in stocking and setting up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in making deliveries when required.
