Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking Store Associates to engage with wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about the products, and recommend the right solutions. You will help resolve customer concerns and ensure the store maintains high quality and visual standards while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and over the phone, tinting and mixing products as needed, stocking shelves, and preparing deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; load/unload delivery trucks; assist deliveries when needed.
