The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Store Associate for Store #8693 in Menifee, CA. You will assist customers, suggest products, process sales, and maintain display accuracy to meet store goals.

Responsibilities include tinting/mixing products, stocking, unloading deliveries, and staying knowledgeable about goods. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills and a flexible schedule.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and inventory records.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
