Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Store Associate for Store #708266 at 1400 West Washington St #109 Sequim, WA 98382.

You will assist customers, answer questions about products, process sales, and help maintain product displays while delivering friendly service and meeting sales goals.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and you must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates: must have a meets expectations rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates: must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
