This role requires overseeing daily packaging operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality standards. Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. The position offers a pay rate of $19 per hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment.
• At least three years of leadership experience in a production or operations setting.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing KPIs preferred.
