Job summary

Chimes Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a part-time Outpatient Therapist in Kennett Square, PA. You will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to diverse clients, with comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment planning.

Strong collaboration with a supportive team ensures quality care and clinical supervision for licensure. The role offers flexible scheduling, bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged, and opportunities for supervision and professional growth

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline required.
• 1+ year of behavioral health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy based on client needs.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and create treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization as needed.
• Integrate substance use treatment with mental health care.

Schedule: Part- Time: Wednesday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm (Excellent work-life balance!)
Pay: $30+/hour billable rate
Program: Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP)

What You'll Do:

As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll work with a diverse client population across all ages and diagnoses, providing:

• Individual, family, and group psychotherapy tailored to each client's unique needs
• Comprehensive clinical assessments and personalized treatment planning
• Crisis intervention and stabilization services when needed
• Substance abuse treatment integrated with mental health care

You’ll have the freedom to balance treatment modalities based on your clinical judgment while being supported by collaborative supervision and a team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

• Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.)
• 1+ year of behavioral health experience

Preferred:

• Active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) - or we’ll help you get there with clinical supervision!
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged - help us better serve our diverse community
