Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline.
• 1+ year of behavioral health experience.
• Current PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting).
• Active clinical license (preferred) or supervision track available.

Pay: $30+/hour billable rate

Program: Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP)

You'll have the freedom to balance treatment modalities based on your clinical judgment while being supported by collaborative supervision and a team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.)
• 1+ year of behavioral health experience
• Current PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting)

Preferred:

• Active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) - or we'll help you get there with clinical supervision!
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged - help us better serve our diverse community
• Co-occurring disorders certification (we encourage ongoing professional development)
