• Spanish language proficiency required
• Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology helpful

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, schedule appointments and direct to departments as needed
• Schedule and reschedule appointments with attention to insurance rules per physician preferences
• Verify insurance benefits and collect copays at time of service
• Greet patients, check-in/out and complete intake forms
• Prepare daily schedules and identify issues before visits
• Balance payments and prepare daily deposits
