Job summary

iKids is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Desk Coordinator to manage all front office functions and ensure top-notch service for patients and their families. Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating admin day and clinic days.

The role requires CPR certification, dental office experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong interpersonal and PC skills. Travel between locations is expected.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Dental office experience is a must.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Effective written and verbal communication with staff and management.
• Strong PC skills and ability to learn new programs.
