Job summary

Actus Consulting Group in New York seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic Capital Markets transformation for a major commercial bank. You will assess business, accounting, and technology impacts to Oracle GL from upstream market system changes.

You will collaborate with Capital Markets, Finance, Accounting and Technology teams across Japan and the U.S. to map data flows, define requirements, evaluate options, and assist delivery through discovery, implementation and rollout.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Services technology projects.
• Experience supporting Oracle GL or other General Ledger platforms.
• Experience in business analysis for Accounting, Finance, GL, or Financial Reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of data flows between Market Systems, Accounting Platforms, and Reporting Systems.
• Experience coordinating business, accounting, and technology stakeholders.
• Bilingual in Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

• Assess business, accounting, and technology impacts to Oracle GL from upstream market system changes.
• Map data flows and document business and system requirements.
• Evaluate solution options and support delivery through discovery, implementation and rollout phases.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Finance, Accounting and Technology teams across Japan and the U.S. to drive the transformation.
