Job summary

Actus Consulting Group is partnering with a Japanese financial institution to hire a Japanese bilingual IT Business Analyst for FX Pricing (Application Support) in New York City or Jersey City. The role is hybrid with 2–3 days onsite weekly, focusing on supporting FX trading systems and related applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Global Markets domain.
• 3+ years in a client-facing or support role.
• Strong understanding of FX products, SPOT, SWAP, Forward.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Experience with SQL, FIX protocols, or RESTful APIs is an advantage.
• Experience in Agile environments; Kanban and JIRA preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Support FX Trading and Sales desks by facilitating front-office pricing workflows and coordinating with market-related systems.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents with timely communication based on business impact.
• Liaise between local users and head office development teams to coordinate enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in system upgrades by conducting validation, coordinating user testing, and ensuring post-release support.
