Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1+ year in customer service; optometric experience a plus.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist optometrists in pre-screening and post-exam follow-up.
• Perform diagnostic tests and collect patient histories.
• Educate patients about vision benefits and contact lens training.
• Coordinate appointments and manage office communications.
