Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for our optical store in San Antonio, TX. You’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You'll help customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle and budget, dispense eyewear and contacts where allowed, maintain patient records, and keep the store clean and organized to brand standards. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• Multitasking ability and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
